The Sisters' Livelihood

People often wonder how the Sisters support themselves. Our daily sustenance is provided by the Providence of God, as He works through generous people who share their time, talents, and goods with us and our own labor. Our benefactors receive abundant blessings from the Lord for their generosity to His spouses. Each Monastic Community is self-supporting, while responding the needs of their community.

The Sisters' Lifestyle

The Sisters' day is made up of both common and personal prayer, and various types of work. The Sisters utilize their gifts in these tasks for service in love of God and neighbor. Each day the Sisters enjoy periods of outdoor exercise, companionship with the other Sisters, and free time for personal projects such as letter writing, reading and hobbies.

Each Sister is assigned an hour a day to adore the Lord on behalf of all people. An hour long nighttime adoration is assigned to those Sisters in good health. They fulfill the privilege of accompanying Our Lord while many sleep.
